Meeting up with others and enjoying the craic can be very difficult if you're on your own or if you're not feeling great.
The staff and volunteers at LIHH understand this and try to creat an atmosphere where people feel welcomed and included in what we do.
With this in mind we organise a variety of events from bowling trips to walking activities to holidays.
